Nakovana (6km from Viganj) tells us intriguing stories: from an Illyrian shrine, Spila cave – a place for taking oaths and ritual dancing, the stone burial mounds, Norin – a fay spring, the oldest chapel on Pelješac, to the home of Ivan Lupis – the man who invented the torpedo, and much more   A hiking trail to Sveti Ilija, the highest peak of Pelješac which rises above Orebić at 961m, starts right next to our apartments. Sports

The channel between Korčula on one side and Viganj, full of colorful surfing and kiting sails on the other side, offers a truly impressive view. For beginners there are two surf schools on Ponta, where you can also rent bikes, even the ones with trailers for your little ones. Also, Ponta features a beach volleyball course and a diving school. In Orebić, 6km away, there are tennis courts and ping pong tables. Pelješac is also a perfect destination for hunting enthusiasts and herb collectors....
