Our 1-Bedroom apartment with balcony consists of one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room and a small service room with washing machine for your clothes. From the living room you have access to the balcony with partial sea view and neighbourhood view. Balcony has a big sun bed where you can relax and table with chairs if you want to enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. Total surface area is 54 m2.

Features

Bathrooms are spacious and cozy. One has a walk-in shower and the other one has a bathtub, both with provided toiletries.

Both bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned. There is under-floor heating. All the furniture was designed specifically for us and hand made in Croatia with warm, natural materials. The living room is equipped with an LCD Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and TV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the necessary equipment.

The apartment is just stairs away from the beach. Parking garage is available to our guests, free of charge. There is a passcode for entrance to the building, garage door and apartment door so there is no need for you to carry the key around. You, as our guests, have access to the swimming pool and lounge area, both with a wonderful sea view.
